I would love some other categories! I've been thinking of routes for some of them and was just talking to a friend about how I'd like to try and run some of the other endings.

I think most of the endings would be good besides the ones that just require waiting to complete (Mist, Darkness, maybe strange hallway). Iffy on End of the world too because it would just be the same run as Good ending but without getting the stone. The one's you've done for sure sound good though, maybe we start with those few then add some of the other later?

I think a category for getting the children's band back together would be interesting.

I also think a "low%" category where you attempt to get the good ending while picking up as few items as possible could be interesting? to be fair there're only a few optional items so maybe not.

getting the band back together sounds like a fun one! there's probably a few other achievement ones that'd be fun too. I just gotta figure out how to do the timing for those since they don't have a thing that displays the in-game time automatically upon completing them
