How are people able to swap through -all- items in the inventory with mousewheel or whatever method they're using on XBLA emulator? Mine scrolls through weapons, but not items like camera, key analyzer, etc.. I searched around but could not figure this out.

It's a separate key to go through inventory items. If you're checking your bindings.ini file, its whatever is bound to the B button.
