Individual Levels - Delayed Boost Start

For certain tracks its very useful to take advantage of Delayed Boosts. If you stay in Neutral or Reverse, the boost will never activate. The setup is long but it can save time.
Great use case is reversing to a point where there aren't any difficult turns.
