what frame does timer stop for ILs

also yeah just rules in general would be nice

I agree some clarifications would be nice, but pls don't outlaw things people already do

From what i'm guessing start frame is first movement and end frame is when you touch the domo kinda the same rules as find the doges I'm guessing

i forgot to put rules in ILs but they are basically the same as the main category rules

Does collecting Technical Domo start timer or only movement
