This was the hardest EX trial in all of Heavensward to optimize. I even optimized the 2.5 second delay on entering the instance! (To minimize the time I spent in waning nocturne status.) Tons of damage needs to be done in the first phase so that a Final Sting can end the second phase. The total damage is close and there is barely any overkill. I also had to fish for a direct hit + crit on the Final Sting. I'm not sure if the adds phase can be done faster? But it felt fast, especially on the last group of adds, which might be the only group that matters? This will be my final speedrun before the servers go down for Dawntrail in 4 days. I might resume with Stormblood trials after finishing the expansion?
