After trying the category as France as a short test I realized all the benefits of France in the category. You never have to wait for early Kings, have better generals on average and have easy alliances. The only weird thing is that Trier and The Palatinate often join the war later. The potential with this strat is easily under a year (I nearly got it one time but forgot an alliance) which is also possible with Hungary and Poland but way more luck is needed.
