This is my 3-star run from a while back. I couldn't find any time saves by killing hostages instead of saving them, so the 3-star run will get the same time as a Leveled run.
Mods are still active
To anyone interested in submitting a run, at least one mod (Wavuvi) is checking for new runs multiple times a week. Remember to jump cancel your shotgun slowdown and turn off ALL skills (including team) for fresh runs!
