A suggestion from https://www.youtube.com/user/Cy83RN1Nj4 made this run possible. Previous record used smoke to sneak in and nab the arrest. He suggested using flashbangs. It turns out you can make the arrest while he's stunned, making that section much faster and easier. The rest of the run was cleaner execution. No hostages means this route is the same for the Leveled and 3-star categories.
