So as we all know a timer is not possible on console so what do we do to get that time for people that doesn't have a pc?

While having an on-screen timer is helpful, it isn't mandatory for console runs of this game.

The rules state, "Timer is Highly recommend for Console runs, but required for PC runs."

As far as getting the time for yourself so you know what to submit, like Daniel said, I would just use a stopwatch (like what many phones have) or the like.

Use a timer on your phone to get a close estimate and a moderator will end up correcting it after you submit. It should only be a second or two off if you're timing correctly.
