Hi quick question Since you don't have to beat every boss to complete the game in simple mode, do you have to beat all bosses or just enter King Dice's level to complete an Any% run?

Simple mode is a different category? or if you are talking about a simple mode speedrun you would have to enter king dice then you'd stop the timer

I was asking because the world record (Any% Simple) beat every boss And now I submitted a WR run (not verified yet) without beating every boss. I stopped the timer after entering King Dice

Both of the simple world records end the timer when entering king dice?

So, we have recently recategorized what was previously known as All Bosses into Any%, which is where this sort of mixup came from. Any% Simple still requires beating all the bosses, perhaps this should be renamed/recategorized. But the category for skipping straight to king dice is "Simple" under miscellaneous.
