The fastest way i could find for glitchless

go for the yellow key, then dark green key and go for double jump. you will need a friend for just that part. then, go to the purple key with double jump from the middle corridor. Then, go for the purple key from there and then go back and go to the purple door requires the purple key and run into the green key for the green monument. Then get it, go from the door u can unlock with the green/wood key and then go back to the middle, use the corridor that is the fastest way for the lab. get the blue monument key in the way and get the white monument key, then go to the red lab door but to do it fast, you will just go back from the white door you entered in from, rush into the red door when u exit from the white door again and then do the laser parkour get past the moving platform jump off the brick tunel and then go to the apartment, use the vent at the  left, not middle or right. and then you will find a secret place, finish it: you will get the red monument key, exit the secret place with it. then get the monuments in the row: red, white, blue and green, then run to the golden door from the green monument and do the finale parkour and win. also to go to the red monument first use the corridor that you used at the beginning of the game for purple key and near double jump the door is for red monument. also theres a complex shortcut you gotta use. not rlly tho. from the left corridor if u look from the map, you will find the door for shadow tool. jump on the frame of the portal and try to double jump up there, you will get to the lab faster.
