In No Major Glitches, you want to limit FPS with Rivatuner Statistics For Smoother and Consistent Gameplay.

[section=Finding RoTN]

After you finish downloading it will show up here as an icon monitor with 60 fps click on it to expand window.

You will need to add BloodstainedRotN-Win64-Shipping.exe which can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bloodstained Ritual of the Night\BloodstainedRotN\Binaries\Win64

Follow the settings above. You can customize how FPS number displayed as long as its visible and easy for us to verify. Your final step before minimizing is to click on Setup then copy these settings.

[section=Troubleshooting]

• Rivatuner prefers to run as admin, which means the same exe which RotN boots up must run as admin as well.
• Double check if the FPS is locked. Try Alt+Tab switch if its not locked.
