Before I became a runner of this game the original rule was to stop the timer when VICTORY appeared on the screen after defeating the last castle of the last opposing country. Then after completing a run of Hard Mode as Caerleon and having New Almekia capture the final country, ending the game, no VICTORY appears on the screen. Therefore it was added to the rules that timing could end on either seeing VICTORY or once the fade in starts for the last cutscene. Having two different places where the timer can stop seems impractical, so I am removing the VICTORY end timer rule and all future runs will have to go until the final cutscene showing your countries capital, ending the timer once the screen starts to fade in for that scene. I will retime all runs up to that point and, if a current run doesn't have footage going to that point, I will just make a note of it. No runs will be removed from the boards if the video didn't record up to that fade in.
