Updates to the leaderboards

I have changed up the categories to make things more consistent. Firstly, the change in categories is based on the fact that Azangara and Dungeon Rider are not two separate games and shouldn't really be treated as such. Dungeon Rider is just an earlier version of Azangara.

Instead I have changed the resources tab to include the latest official version of Azangara for download and it features all the complete levels as well as the double speed glitch which were the two factors that distinguished the Dungeon Rider category from the Azangara category.

So now the Dungeon Rider categories have been archived and the Azangara categories have been moved around. What was Any% is now Glitchless since in regular Azangara the double speed glitch is present and can be exploited and since none of the runs in the previous Any% used this glitch I felt it appropriate to move them to Glitchless.

Any% is currently empty but would be like the previous Dungeon Rider Any% except all the levels are complete and beatable.

Same goes for 100%, the previous 100% run was moved to 100% Glitchless.

So now the categories are more consistent while still allowing the separate categories to exist and the changes provide a little more variety as now you can actually beat all the levels using the double speed glitch for a speedrun.
