Couple questions,

What is meant by "turbo" in the rules? I'm assuming it's "auto-fire" in the menu, Is that true?
-
If it is autofire, why in particular is turbo/autofire use not allowed if using it gives you a disadvantage? When the setting is off, you are able to output more damage by binding fire to two separate keys and alternating between them, but autofire has a capped fire rate that is well below manual input, meaning you are at a disadvantage by using turbo, so i'm confused why it's not allowed.
I am a somewhat older gamer (30s) and am trying to avoid repetitive stress injuries if possible, and spamming buttons when the game allows you to not have to do that is one of the reasons I am interested in running this game, and not the original.
- If turbo remains banned, what prevents a person from just binding fire to the scroll wheel of their mouse, and achieving the same result, while also getting a nearly uncapped fire rate?

Turbo basically refers to macros that auto-fire for you or buttons on controllers that rapid push the button for you, not the auto-fire option in the game settings.

Typically it's referring to controller players. But using macros or unnatural forms of firing would not be allowed for keyboard players. Binding multiple keys is fine. Mouse

Mouse-wheel is kind of a grey area. It would definitely make me thing someone was cheating.
