You will need cheat engine program to being able to use it, once you are done with your practice do not forget to restart your computer if you plan to play a multiplayer game as it can get you banned if it is still in the memory.

Second step is to downdrade the version of the game to the first one before "Live and let die" patch, you can use steamdb website by looking into depots sections to download it easily.

After that just load the table file included here and you should be ready to go.
