Ran using MAME v0.272

I might've found a strategy here where you don't have to attack every enemy throughout each stage other than the last stage itself. Punches seem to do a fair amount of damage over kicks, but didn't know how to use the special weapons that were dropping on the ground.

Not bad overall, but I definitely believe sub 19:30 is possible, maybe so far as even 19 minutes.
