how in the hell do you do the strat featured in repez's run consistently i've been able to hit the pole vault on the chain ONCE and never again

i did find a failsave/bug though

if you miss the chain completely and go flying off to the bottom of the level, you can spam the pole vault button so that when you respawn, the pole vault carries over

it's enough height to land the shot, albeit much slower than just doing it regularly

so i ask again, how do you pull this strat off more consistently?

u can press polevault slightly early before u hit the ground & itll still go thru, thats how i did it

i usually spam it a couple times 2 make sure

my route isnt 100% optimal either, u can try hitting the chain on a different spot / doing a different combo 2 get there
