I’ve gotten the clip a couple times but normally I hit of the fence.

i don't really have much advice other than have a PC, set the FPS to 23, place the tv in the same spot as the top level speedruns, and crouch run into it. if that doesn't work then try crouching and uncrouching while holding forward without holding shift.

ahhh the fps needs to be 23, that's why i can't do it!!!
