Is using Dolphin emulator valid for any of these categories?

We had a brief chat within Discord and it seems the general consensus across Wii game speedrun boards is that Dolphin doesn't emulate accurately enough so typically runs faster. However this is a very silly game, so if you end up submitting a run, we can go ahead and just add an emulator category for ya.
