It would be very pleasant for you to add new in-game time leaderboards (e.g. 2 months, 3 weeks, 4 days) to complete a mission (or campaign) on heroic difficulty level (or w/o this restriction).
This category will be indicating tactical skill of a runner neither his click speed. HoMM is not a clicker, that's a tactical game though.

I as a mod do not have the ability to create a separate category for in-game days, mostly because there isn't such an option. I have a brief answer for a similar question/request in the Heroes III forum, here: https://www.speedrun.com/hommiii/thread/p1yyj .
The main objective of speedrun.com, as I conclude, is to compete with others in real-world/in-game time, based on what the community discusses is appropriate for the game. In-game days is not a good measure between players' abilities with regards to real-time.
