This has been addressed, categories are now separated by New Game and New Game+. In New Game you are restricted to the character's story mobile suits and originally unleveled pilot. In New Game+ you can use whatever mobile suit, whatever skills, and pilots can be pre-leveled for achieving the fastest time possible. One is more difficult, one is faster, all runs are welcome, and we can sort whatever else in question out as a community in the future.
New Game and New Game+ are now a variable for full Official mode, official mode all missions, Original mode all missions and even Original mode run categories.
