Sodium, Lithium, and Phosphor are all optimizations mod, I know that sodium is allowed but I wanted to know if Lithium and Phosphor are okay too.

We could allow lithium and phosphor but they're for 1.15 so there's no point because the best 1.9-1.15 version is 1.14.4 anyways and afaik there's no good optimization mods for those versions

Lithium and Phosphor are both available for 1.16 versions. I recommend looking into those.
