How do I make livesplit stay visible even when playing the game?

what do you mean?

Right click on LiveSplit > Click on Edit Layout... > Click on Layout Settings > Click the box next to Always on Top (in the bottom right) > Click OK.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

When It is shown I cannot move, To move I have to click on the game in the taskbar which makes the timer disappear

(I can also just click on the screen to move but that also makes the timer disappear!
