Roxy's Raceway Entrance Glitch
I am not sure how relevant this glitch is but I figured I would share it here. I found a way to enter Roxy's Raceway prior to getting any upgrades.

(I completed the game all the way to 6am by using this glitch after I had gotten the Fazer Blast)
