What differentiates all badges from 100%?

Hello, in 100% you have to collect all collectibles (pubes). I have to admit that I've never done that even in casual playthrough so I'm not sure what would happen. When I have more time I will definitely get back to speedrunning this game, finishing the routing for all categories and doing at least a run for each.
