I appreciate the wit to do a run that would also make sense under a completely different name, but:
- He didn't create the empty region, he merely entered it. If the area he sells as a "mined chunk" counted, then the leaderboard would be the same as Enter Nether, as that's when the first "mined chunks" on top of the Nether are generated.
- Taking any reasonable static reference point, for example the area of possible portal spawns, fortresses, bastions, most mineable blocks, mobs etc., the blocks that were left unmined in the chunk are not entirely enclosed in bedrock (they're not enclosed at all).
- Even taking Steve as a moving anchor (which is not justified by the rules), the blocks not mined are not entirely enclosed in just bedrock, but rather in a combination of bedrock and world border (which, by the rules, is not a valid completion of the goal).
- The run clips completely through a solid block which, while not normally major enough to break the framework of a "glitchless" speedrun, is definitely the main game-breaking glitch that makes this run an order of magnitude shorter than a run without this glitch would be.
Kinda sad cause I was hyping myself up for some really sick bed-based mining.
Ya it’s not minding at all it’s just getting a ended pearl and going to the top plz take down that run and add the Tull that you have to at least min a chunk going down
@itsryan212 There are no extra rules needed, the run is already invalid
- My run has been reverified
- THe rules state "Create one chunk (16x256x16) region which only has air, bedrock blocks' meaning my run is technically legit.
- Unless the verifiers can be proven otherwise my run stays
Remember when Kill Ender Guardian WR is only 3 second just because the Guardian suffocates? And the run get rejected after the rule changed. I think the same thing will go to this category. Btw if you want your run still exist, then make NetherRoof%. Some people interested on in.
Using the logic of only needing to create a 16x256x16 volume of air blocks and bedrock as stated in the rules, you wouldn’t even need to make it to the nether roof. You would just need to boot up your world and then claim some area of air blocks above the player is your mined chunk. It just breaks the integrity of it.
doggo You have to crate it not use a Eender pearl to go to bedrocki your not "mineing it' youy are go to bedrock and thats it so no your run is not legit mine chunk
Nether roof is allowed of course, but doesnt make you mined the entire chunk. Some people got rejected with SAME strats, even faster.
I think this category is biased lol
Even from taking a point on top of the Nether roof as the anchor and even assuming all not-yet-generated chunks to exist, the blocks below are enclosed in a combination of bedrock and world border rather than entirely in bedrock, making the goal of the category not achieved. This is on top of taking a nonsensical anchor point and confusing "creating" with "entering". So no, your "2." is false.
@itsryan212 i never re-submitted it, random kept reverifying it, I think this glitch should be allowed in at least any%.
You didn't mine a single block inside the chunk, I feel like you should need to mine at least 1 block in the chunk. otherwise its not a mine a chunk ce its a get 2 nether roof asap
Then why do u keep arguing that this should be a run? You can’t tell people to chill when ur trying to get the run verrified
Submissions for Category Extensions must now follow the same standards of showing F3 asked of main board runs - showing the title screen will no longer be considered verifiable going forwards.
