Are you using the Linux patches from speedrun.com or are you using the version 1.001 from steam
If you are playing on the patches you need to press enter and z close together on an object to perform an overflow. Once you have got that down to skip cooking show you need to overflow the fridge and then open the punch card a second time. You then need to go to the alphys dialogue box and it will overflow with the alphys textbox and then go down left near the part where the jar is and hold down left and close alphys text box. With a bit of practice you should get it

Yes I found it, and I covered the data.win I can't open the undertale, if I use that patches, do I need to download the 1.001 Linux from the steam?

I am assuming you are refering to mad dummy skip and news skip. First for mad dummy skip there is a guide which this is link to.
Also keep in mind you should use mad dummy skip when you have quite a bit of experience because it is a frame perfect trick such as having a good neutral time like a 1:01:XX.
Second I don't know if you are using a guide but if you need one this is a link to Shayy's any% guide. Also I recommend using a 5 cycle for mad dummy instead of mad dummy skip.

i've been following this thread for some time, and think it's time to finally respond. mad dummy skip is an extremely complex and frame-perfect trick. it is almost impossible to explain through text properly. even top runners fail this trick every couple runs, and so you should probably not attempt it in your first couple runs.
if you want a resource to learn about speedrunning, this google docs guide is great. it gives an accurate and detailed explanation of the tricks you want to learn about. if you want the easy way of skipping the news show, it's in the guide, but i heavily recommend also learing serious / sirius skip, and using that as your main method.
