Can you use a controller but the controller is connected to a PC, and will it still count as a PC speedrun?

Hey everyone!
The revamp is finally done!!! This is the first major overhaul in the leaderboards since the update.
What are the final changes?:
- New Worlds and Levels
- Old runs separated from new runs to preserve the boards history
- New rules (MAKE SURE TO READ THEM)
- IHG categories arch
