While this would be an interesting challenge, I'm very unsure about this. Since the 5-2 trick is apparently ridiculously difficult, this could turn a lot of people away from the category, making that singular spot the big run decider. But if we allow P-winging, we could just skip any level that would be very tedious to do (at the cost of having to grind for extra lives without coins, that is), and that would really take a lot of the fun out of the category. Maybe if we can find a consistent setup for the coin in 5-2 or we allow P-winging for that level only. It'd still be a very niche category that hardly anyone would run probably, but in the end the mods decide, so we'll see what they think.
Coinless would be bad because you have to wait for the timer to tick down to 9 seconds each time before finishing a level.

The timer reawrds one coin for every ten seconds left on the clock so you need to wait until there are at most nine seconds left. @Jack_Hase
to make it speedrunnable, could you not count the timer coins? Edit: sorry for arguing, I will not keep arguing and please lock this post
@Jack_Hase that would be a pain for the moderators to distinguish timer coins from collected coins
If you're really that interested in "coinless", just do it. You don't need a leaderboard category to run it.
