What the hell are you talking about? If you're talking about Neotu's record, how could rejecting that be for no reason if the thing at 1:04 happened?

ShadowLugia if a run was rejected "for literally no reason" the player who got the run would make something like a video. I don't understand why you're making a thread about Rejected runs especially when you didn't provide any evidence with your Question/Complaint.

For the "I'm sick of weak records", you fail to consider that I consulted them about that, and they were fine with it.

I haven't done anything completely out of line and for the most part this speedrun has been going on smoothing. I humbly request you don't just imply "You're doing a shit job" with the fact that I've done this for a couple runs.

Also, I don't know why you have to talk down at my mod abilities when you've recently accepted a run that has a blatant splice (or something unfair) in it

I only remember one case of writing "." in it, and it was a run that was timed as 4 hours and 51 minutes, which is clearly and obviously a joke (not possible in this game) that has some TheDiamondMinecart thing as proof, and I don't see why a reason is a requirement for something like that.

If I were to mod almost any other game, I would agree that denying runs for their poorness is extremely bullshit. However, this is the Dragon Escape Community; there are very few people who actually genuinely care about this game. All I wanted was for people to actually not have a shit run, and they accepted the challenge. It was a (rather shit upon further thinking) attempt to try and bring the world records to a slightly higher ground (iirc, this happened at the point that the Dragon Escape speedrun was starting to die out).

If you still truly believe that my action is bullshit, I will find and verify the run that was denied for it's poorness. I would have went to verify it if the person who got it complained about it being denied, and that didn't happen.

First of all, note that I said "(or something unfair)" as an extra part of that. Whether that was a splice or not doesn't deny the fact that this is an EXTREMELY unfair advantage on the count of Neotu's run. Literally no-one who has gotten a world record has had this happen, and it will likely never happen again. Accepting this unfair advantage is not a good thing as far as my opinion goes.

Also (I am not speaking alone on this, I have proof of people's complaints), people are having an issue with you and the other general Minecraft moderators being on the business of this record forum. They much prefer that people who do / have actively played and experienced running this game. Personally, I don't have much issue to this, but there are definitely valid reasons to have this be the case. I don't have anything to say about that, but feel free to interpret that as you wish

Upon looking back at this, I really regret rejecting runs for being bad. The troll run I feel was justified but the Through Hell Digger situation I should not have handled in a salty way. I was salty because of how many people were choosing to beat my garbage world record with garbage world records. So I'm sorry
