We need to discuss the obvious: weaknesses. As far as I know impact is strong against block man, and Block Dropper can OHKO Impact Man's mid-boss when using the power gear. Anyone else know any weaknesses
Torch Man - Tundra Storm Fuse Man - Bounce Ball Acid Man - Block Dropper
I think Blast Man’s should be Acid Barrier but I haven’t tried it
For Mini Bosses all I know is that Block Man’s is C. Blast, Impact Man’s Mini Boss is bad against Block Dropper and same with Acid Man’s Mini boss I believe
Tundra Man- Scramble thunder
That just leaves Bounce Man, Impact Man, and blast man. My guess would be that bounce man would be weak to Acid's weapon but it could easily be Torch's too
Apparently Block man is weak to Chain Blast, my mistake, impact just does a lot of damage. So, the full list is:
Block Man: Chain Blast Acid Man: Block Dropper Blast Man: Torch Fuze Man: Bounce ball Bounce Man: Impact Driver Torch Man: Tundra Storm Impact Man: Acid Barrier Tundra Man: Scramble Thunder
That all being said, boss order should be;
Block-> Acid-> Impact-> Bounce-> Fuse-> Tundra-> Torch-> Blast
Block man is quick and easy and the mini boss is very simple and has relatively low HP so Buster would be easier to use here
I personally rate Impact as the first stage of choice, but that's playing on Newcomer.
Getting early access to Pile Driver is just so valuable everywhere else.
It's worth noting also that as far as I've been able to tell in my runs, miniboss weakness is exactly the same as the corresponding bosses.
Block Dropper is the weakness of the digger in Impact's stage so there are a few exceptions. As for impact being the beginning stage it is easier but you would lose time to said digger whithout block dropper, it's faster to kill the two totems than it is to deal with the truck without dropper
Also block man is easily enough dealt with when you have the normal buster, so he's prime to be targeted as the starting point of the run. Also due to this, you get rush jet at the end of bounce man's stage, which is more useful as if used properly it can make parts of torch man's stage a breeze
I must be playing Block Man pretty badly since I see a lot of people saying he's one of the easier ones to do buster only, but I find his transformation to be a huge nuisance. Impact Man by contrast is three easy shots and job done. (On Newcomer)
With block mans transformed state you wanna stay on the left and charge buster him. He'll only go for a punch if you're to close/if hes too close to the left side. When he does the attack where he drags his hand across the ground, stay in the left corner and move right when the blocks fly up. It's all about getting used to the patterns tbh
