Can Super Mario 64 Plus be added in this leaderboard or does it have to be separated? I am interested in speedrunning this version of the game. :)

I wish they could though. SM64 Plus has so much potential to be a very interesting version of SM64 to speedrun. I was just thinking on how we could have all of the five main categories and then separate the categories by presets (modern and vanilla). The only thing that youre allowed to modify in modern are the controls, moveset and camera, but nothing else. Its just theory crafting, but I could definitely see this game work as long as the community can have a defined ruleset for each preset. Rules for the 5 main categories of SM64 speedrunning should be the same as its vanilla version.

I cant be a mod according to the rules of speedrun.com, and even if I did, I wouldnt fit being a moderator for the game. I just wish it was available for submission.

Maybe at least Encore and Hard Mode from Plus

Yeah or have the modern and vanilla presets as default rules for the categories of SM64 Plus (minus controls and some movement options).

hey any one out ther that knows how get the speed run timer working becase when ever i start the game my controler dosen't work until i click start screen then the speed run timer disaperad please help somebody im trying to do a speed run mario 64 / Render 96
