What is defined as a bug or glitch? Its not listed in the rules. Also for any% it says no bugs/glitches because its under the "game rules" rather than the category rules. Pretty sure thats a mistake

It seems like the Any% WR and the ""Glitchless" WR use the exact same methods, just in different places.
