The leaderboard at http://www.speedrun.com/mce already supports runs in the java versions, given that they are not different enough in objectives, I believe they should be treated as a single game. they even have some java runs on the side objectives.

I'd like to have the times of this leaderboard that meet the rules of the main one be submitted there and have this one be deleted, since it clutters the minecraft series page and may cause confusion in the future.

I would appreciate if the moderators here would agree and comply either by doing the submissions and taking down this leaderboard, or by giving me super moderator status so I can do it myself.

assuming this is a troll lol, but if it isn't, this would make literally NO sense. Minecraft Java is coded in, well, Java. Minecraft Legacy Console Edition is coded in C++. they're two entirely different versions of the game. they have different mechanics, different world generation (legacy console ramps up the structure generation a lot), and different platforms.

I understand but they are both minecraft and have very similar objectives, so why not?

Super Mario Bros. and Mari0 are both Mario and have very similar objectives, why not put them both on the same leaderboard?

guys i have an idea why dont we create a full "super mario bros" leaderboard for EVERY platformer Mario game existent, they all have the same objective and are all the same so is best for the comunity having all together

nah but going seriously, ye they are just diferent versions of Minecraft, but even being the same game are adapted diferently, starting by the controller fact or the world spawn in case of being in same leaderboard it would be in diferent categories for each version i dont think there is any interest on making that, and seems hard to adaptate that rn for the mods before thinking why not, why yes actualy? lmao

also, in all case the other leaderboard would be taken down also, no they are not giving super mod to a random user and have confident in him to do it lol

that would mean you would also take mcbe, mcbece, mcce, mccece, mcje, mcjece, and merge them in to MC, and MCCE. that would be way too complicated
