Are 3DS Emulators like Citra allowed for The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask 3D Speedrunning?

Hi, emulators are not allowed for Majora's Mask 3D speedruns. You need to use a 3DS (or 2DS). Also, from what I know, there are multiple ways to record your runs on a 3DS:

• NTR with a modded 3DS (NTR speeds up loading times so runs that are considered competitive won't be accepted with it)
• A capture card (Ask in the MM3D Discord about availability, I don't follow it that much)
• Film it with a phone or camera (you can set up a box to not have to hold your phone)
• You can also submit runs without videos, but obviously competitive times without video won't be accepted I think You can ask in the Discord for more details !
