100% rules discussion

Looked at the 100% rules. Rules state "Complete the game and collect all power-ups and skills. Must beat final boss again after collecting all power-ups and skills."

My take: After beating the final stage you get the last of the power-ups/skills, and the game has been completed(you beat every stage and collected all the power-ups/skills). If we don't need to get the pixel stickers in the other stages, going through the boss rush a second time with an extra 500 CP just seems like a waste of time as there is nothing different with the last stage if you have collected everything. At the time of posting this there are no runs in any of the 100% categories and I think this stipulation of having to go through the boss rush a second time may be why people aren't running it (I know it's why I haven't). There is one 100% run waiting for verification, but at the time of posting this the rules would invalidate it as the boss rush is only done once(and I don't blame them for only doing it once, they beat the game and got everything).

My idea would be to stop the timer after getting the 500 CP from the last stage.

Hoping to get some community feedback on the rules regarding this category.

I think both me and Travel agree that going to the boss rush a second time is a waste of time, since the only character that need to go through the boss rush a second time to grab an item is Joule. Maybe just tweak the rule to something like "Beat the final stage again if your character do have more than 1 item to unlock there"

I think we should have a "All Items" and a "True 100%" category. In "All Items" you must collect all Custom Shot Modules, Upgrade Modules, Rare Item CP, Reward Item CP, and Elements. Plus you must have all Pixel Stickers already collected for said Character, but we should also have a extended category where the player starts with cleared save data and collect the Pixel Stickers for that character you're running. Now "True 100%" is practically the same as the "All Items", but you must get a "S" Rank on every stage atleast once and vertified it by showing your high scores or the save file with the 100% after the run is finished. There should also be a extended category just like in "All Items". I feel like doing this will be a nice compromise for all players and will attract more die hard players as well.
