The game still autopauses when I go to the Disease tab regardless of what options are on or off. How do I make the game stop autopausing when I'm not in the Main Game screen?

You have to have autopause on and when a texxtbox comes up press 3 to speed up time and don't get rid of the textbox. If it doesn't make sense I made a video on how to
