When the rules will be set?

They are still "testing" how the game would be run, so they haven't defined the rules yet.

If you still want to attempt a run before they have set the rules, you should try to avoid anything DLC-related since it's a sensible matter, and be sure to choose the "normal" difficulty setting. I don't think there should be anything else, aside RTA, single-segment, and all generic things.

people were routing this at one point but that was a LOOOOONG time ago. I'm sure if you routed it and did runs you could get them to add you as mod to set the rules.

Question,Can you use new game plus or does it need to be a clean save?

Only New Game (clean save). I guess a NG+ category could get added if some runners actually run it. But the main Any% category is for NG only.

Ok,I might try a NG+ Run at some piony
