Smarty Pants Objective: Complete the math quiz.

Freeing Soul Objective: Destroy all 3 moving eyes in The Pit and speak to the Samurai.

Novice Trickery Objective: Talk to the scamming teapot in The Pit, find the exit, and speak to him. After escaping his trick, reach the Color World’s Dungeon, locate the teapot, and speak to him to receive his armor set ( also required for 100%).

Perhaps... a Friend? Objective: Speak to the shadow figure in Color World’s Dungeon, locate his white teddy bear, then return to complete the quest.

Happy Ending? Objective: Locate two Color World citizens behind a fake wall in a cell in Color World's Dungeon. Speak to initiate their escape, then find them in the second to last area of Color World to complete the quest.

Post 2 (Rule Update):

As you may have noticed, 100% NG+ IS NOT A CATEGORY. DO NOT RUN/SUBMIT RUNS TO IT. This is because it's very easy to forgot an armor set/weapon in NG+ and I really really really don't want to sit through an hour+ long urn. I have better things to do.

Post 3 (Enchant Seperation):

You also may have noticed 2 new subcategories, Enchants and No Enchants. I think that the deciding factor of a run being whatever enchant you get is a little ridiculous, especially with enchants like cast of explosion. So I'm keeping enchants/no enchants seperated. Feel free to run whichever one you want to run.
