it's not possible to have a time this low. My best I got is a high 50 Maybe it could be done in high 49 but not 41

were you pressing A as the menu loaded in order to cancel the wobble effect as it comes into the frame? doing this all 8 times you return to the menu saves roughly 8 seconds
