Here (I am a moderator for a random discord server) Also, quarantines are 10 days, most people just say 2 weeks to be safe. 1 fortnight (not Fortnite) is two weeks, although it is mostly used in Australia. One more thing: Why am I rambling and how do I stop? And why do I know so many random useless facts? I need mental help.

Quarantine originally comes from "quarantena" which meant forty days in Venetian. During the peak of the Black Death plague ships incoming to Venetia were forced to wait on an island for forty days to make sure that they would not bring the deadly disease with them.
