using nospread is considered cheating

just because the rules don't point out every command that is obviously considered cheating doesn't mean it's not cheating

When the rules says "sv_cheats must be set to 0" is involving that you don't use cheat commands or thirdparty softwares, but it may come as a surprise to you that cheating is banned in speedrunning like it is in most multiplayer games.
