I have recently made a lot of changes to the leaderboard, and I'm going to be listing them here.
- Made difficulty a variable instead of a subcategory
- Made it so you can actually put multiple players in the co-op categories
- Rejected all runs that don't gather every piece of evidence
- Fixed the spelling of "Squad"
- Audio is now required for all runs (old runs won't be affected)
- Added a new rule where for co-op runs, all evidence gathering must be on recording (multiple people recording may be required, old runs won't be affected)
- Added the Abandoned Laboratory map
- Generally cleaned up the rules a little bit
- Added a game link to the sidebar
Don't hesitate to ask questions or give suggestions if you have any. Yes, every piece of evidence must be gathered. For example, if you get freezing temperatures and no orb, you still have to get the toxic evidence for demon.
Non-evidence category
This category would be the runs that get evidences such as no orb and freezing and you know its demon it would count.
Very beneficial as emf, spirit box, spirit book and birdcage are all bugged on difficulty 5.
Thanks for reading.
Also, it is essential that difficulties are seperated in different categories. If it's too messy for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Just 1-4 and 5 difficulty categories would be fine.
you can filter by difficulty if you want
we won't be adding a category for "non-evidence" as it would just let people guess
not "guess", using info like :
orb + no freeze = shade no orb + freeze = demon no orb + no freeze = ghoul
none of those are "guesses"
still, naming a category “non-evidence” could confuse some people
besides, gathering all evidence is the same rules as the paranormica discord server had before they closed speedruns, and at the time it had been there longer than the speedrun.com page
