I was looking through the leaderboard and saw the inf ammo on dmrzl's run. I'm trying to figure out how that was there. Seeing as how all the other runs have a focus pill there instead.

It seems to be randomized, ive gotten it a few times but the majority of my recorded runs have focus as the spawn. I have even seen the laxative as well its just up to the luck of the draw sadly.

Yeah, just luck. Most of the time I have the focus pill as well.

Yeah, it seems rare but the double damage also spawns I just did a run without recording to warm up for any% and got a fucking 1 08 on demo% so I'm genuinely gutted rn.
