A couple of slow missions in there, specifically Jotunheim II (which I'm convinced will pretty much always be a problem). The route would probably be faster by skipping the Ralari on Border Zone I and instead taking out an extra ship in the following mission - I do this in the Eject route and it clearly works in the DOS version (my notes were written for the 3DO so possible objective point values are slightly different there). I even had to close the game down part way through because the audio cut out.
