It appears that more frame delays have been added to run start in a recent hotfix/update. Previously, 1 frozen frame exists between load in icon disappear and UI appearing, but now there are 4 dead frames. The YT video for the edited/fancier version also gained 1 frame somehow midrun, making the run time 1 frame higher than the overlay. I do not know if this occured in the raw upload.
Other oddities, include the shards appearing 6 frames before the lure pops. Previously, shards appeared extremely consistently 1 frame after the lure popped.
All of these observations have only manifested since a recent fix, most likely due to the mainline or thereafter hotfixes.
