Ok, just redid the math for the mission address for "the party". "00821600+VersionOffset" The first part is hex and I thought the version offset was too. But that is instead dec. With converting it I get the right address for steam version.
Another question I have is if someone know how to see what version of gta vc that is running? I have a hard copy too and was going to make another list just for that version too :P
For the last few days I have had some fun with trying to find out a few memory addresses in VC to do some fun testing with. I have noticed a few things on my steam version:
Address 008214F4 is triggered when Tommy is using the phone. Address 00821518 is when you are in cutscene, phone ringing or on mission. Address 00949DD0 is the amount of money you have. (useful for getting money early one for testing) Address 0082164C, 00A0C22C, 0082167C and 00820608 are all triggered to 1 when completing "The party"
I also found the addresses for ammo in each weapon slot, using a vehicle and also wanted level. But those addresses are changed when restarting the game unlike the first addresses I mentioned.
If I go in to auto splitter for VC and look at "The party" I see the address is "00821600+VersionOffset" and with the version offset for steam being -4088 I would get the new address 0081D578. But this isn't what I found when testing it myself.
Could someone help me to clear this up what I'm doing wrong with the math. And does someone know why a few of the addresses are static while others are dynamic?

What I can say about GTA 4 is that sport cars are really rare in main game. So doing any% and using taxi instead will help you a ton of going around quickly.
I don't remember when you get to use Roman's taxi service or if you need to do a few side missions to get that. But in remote places that can help you out to get a car and or a taxi skip. (Death warps might be more useful tho).
Classic% in GTA 4 I see fit best in with TBoGT dlc as this will give you a lot more sport cars spawning around in the town and is shorter in general.

I would rather see a segmented run of SA that uses the real save markers in game. But with this mod you can save a lot of time by not entering a building to set up for next segment.
The video files how would you share them? Would you send over the raw files from fraps or render them to a lower encoding before putting it together? 1 minute end up with a video file from 2 GB up to 5 GB with fraps depending on what game I record. So that is one thing to keep in mind for such a long run.
Web browser issue? Using chrome and get the results I said before. But yea if there is a fix for it do it LilZ

SDA thread is 47 pages long with everything that have been discovered. To read just about 1 thing in that thread is a bit hard compared to if you had it in single topics.
And then that the same site with the forum have direct links to streams that are on and the leaderboards with a few clicks away is awesome :D

One thing that maybe should be added imo is the icons for twitch, twitter and youtube under the profile picture in the forums. Maybe just an idiotic thing, but I would see it as a nice thing to have quick access to it from forums and not just from profile.
