mansion.ogg affects the cycles of the fire-breathing paintings in mansion, so it can't be modded or removed.
in 1.16 chapter 2 runs, the legend that plays when you reload the game (ex. for m3s in mrnmg) is able to be skipped faster than on any other version of the game, and since it's a beta that you would have to downpatch to, the decision was made to ban it
if you're on PC, OBS is a good resource for recording your runs. if you're on a console, ideally you would use a capture card to record the video directly from the console itself, but barring that you can just record the screen you're playing on
a timer isn't required, and your run will be retimed by mods regardless, but most runners (especially on PC) use livesplit. there are split files compatible with livesplit that you can download from the resources tab here to get yourself started (for chapters 1 and 2, at least)
you don't have to provide a timer yourself, mods will retime your run when you submit it. you won't be able to have a load-removed time on console but other than that you're fine to not have a timer

save wrong warps and normal wrong warps are different things. normal wrong warps are performed by backing out of a screen transition frame perfectly while holding x/shift and c/ctrl, which then puts you at the default point of the room you're entering rather than the entrance you're coming from. you can perform them while you have wrong warp state (which you have after loading a save or after certain cutscenes like the one in trash zone), they are possible on every version of the game, and they are allowed in glitched and nmg categories. save wrong warping is a 1.09-exclusive glitch where, as a result of a coding oversight, dying/reloading a save in certain rooms will teleport you forward 1 room, which can be used to do things like skip the hathy in field by loading the save in that room in chapter 1 or skip giga queen by dying to her in chapter 2. this is banned in the main glitched categories, and is only allowed in the 1.09 categories that are in misc. (and also on CE glitched categories but that's a different thing lol)
you have to have a completion file in your deltarune saves folder (normally at C:\Users(your username)\AppData\Local\DELTARUNE on windows) in order to do bed skip; the saves that you can download in the resources tab include completion files if you want (they're named filech2_3)
