IGT simply adds together your finish times from each race. The addition is a little weird because you have to take frames into account (because it's 30 fps timer, you can easily get the ms frame count, and then convert it back to ms once you have the total frames). Sorry for the late reply. As you can tell, moderation for this game has died down a little bit.
I got a 2-frame, 1-frame, and 0-frame door open on single player, and none of them opened the door for the next day. I don't think it's possible on single player.
May be related to net code then? My guess is that as the [OPEN DOOR] action gets sent to the server, the game does the day transition, and then the [OPEN DOOR] action gets sent to each of the players, opening the door at the start of the next day. Any other thoughts?
This was a topic we had discussed earlier, but none of us had really implemented yet. It's also weird that you mention this because we had thought that emu was faster than console. That's why the WR run was in first person: lag reduction. I'll see about making an in_game time section for the leaderboards.
